How To Shoot A Pistol

If we could teach you how to shoot over the Internet or through a video, we might try. However, at Target Master Shooting Academy, LLC we feel that the only way to learn how to shoot a pistol is by actually spending time with a qualified instructor and actually handling a firearm. We offer classes for beginners and advanced shooters, including NRA approved courses and defensive shooting courses. You can find the most up to date schedule of our pistol training classes online, as well as a downloadable copy of the registration papers. We offer the classes necessary to qualify for a Kansas concealed carry permit as well. All of our classes are for adults 21 and over except for certain beginner shooting courses that will allow responsible individuals 12 and up to learn the basics of safe shooting. Classes are held at The Bullet Hole Shooting Range in Overland Park, Kansas.

Personalized Pistol Training Available

If you are uncomfortable with the idea of group classes or can not find a group class that fits your schedule, feel free to contact us and discuss a private session. Many of our instructors are available for private pistol training sessions that allow you to receive the full benefit of their experience and knowledge. Special group events can also be arranged, simply contact us to discuss the details.

It is our goal at Target Master Shooting Academy, LLC to provide beneficial instruction to both hobby shooters and gun owners solely interested in personal defense. We do our best to provide a wide range of useful classes covering everything from how to shoot a pistol and how to clean and maintain afterwards to NRA approved instructor and range safety officer courses.
